Decision on exhumation

Qëllimi: Most commonly it allows applicants to transfer remains to new location (closer to family, town/country of birth).

Përshkrimi: The applicant must make a request to the Reception Office together with the document on the deceased. The application is forwarded to Inspectors, who once they have made a field visit will decide whether to permit exhumation. (Changing the burial to another town or country)
