Qëllimi: Regular death registration, within 30 days.

Përshkrimi: The applicant files a request for registration of death to the Civil Status Office. The applicant must submit the documents, and occasionally the place where death occurred (home or hospital) and then the death is registered in the electronic system of the Civil Status.
