Registration of the parts of the building

Directorate for Cadastre, Geodesy and Property

Purpose: The citizen (legal person) may divide the building in smaller parts and register the same.

Description: The applicant submits the application for the registration of the parts of the building at the Directorate for Cadastre, Geodesy and Property. (The building may be divided and new parts of the building created, such as: garage, apartments, shops. etc.). If the documentation is complete the officer registers the parts of the building in the Registry of the Title over Immovable Property.

  • Details of the previous owner (general information)

  • Construction Permit (Verified copy)
  • Cadastral measurements recorded as units (data on the building) (Original)
