Request for determining parcel borders

Directorate for Cadastre, Geodesy and Property

Purpose: Borders are determined in order to define the parcel in case a person is not aware of own border lines.

Description: The applicant submits the request to the Directorate for Cadastre, Geodesy and Property for determining the border between one ore more parcels. All owners of bordering parcels will be duly notified. The competent lawyer will review the request and will make a decision which will be published for 5 working days. If there are no property disputes by the citizens, it will be recorded in the KCLIS (Kosovo Cadastral and Land Information System).

  • Name and Surname
  • General information of the applicant (contact information, personal number, etc.)
  • Names of bordering parcels owners and their contact information

  • Property Tax (Original)
  • Certificate of Property (Original)
