Request for merging parcels

Directorate for Cadastre, Geodesy and Property

Purpose: The purpose of this procedure is registration of assets under one parcel number so a parcels are reduced and simplified.

Description: The applicant submits the request to the Directorate for Cadastre, Geodesy and Property for merging two ore more parcels. Merging parcels is only possible if they are not mortgaged or under any other lien. The cadaster officer will perform registration in the cadaster register and the applicant is issued a certificate.

  • ID card (Copy)
  • Property Tax (Copy)
  • Certificate of Property (Original)
  • In certain cases, consent to a new order of priority of creditors or other holders of the property rights of such parcels (Original)
