Request for the correction of the cadastre registry (technical or material errors)

Directorate for Cadastre, Geodesy and Property

Purpose: The applicant may correct data on property in cases of material and/or technical errors.

Description: The applicant submits the application at the Directorate for Cadastre, Geodesy and Property. After the documentation is verified the officer renders the decision (sometimes even in the presence of two or more applicants) and registers it in the cadastre registry books. The correction is performed even without an application from citizens, if the technical error is noticed by the cadastre officer. )
