Request for the division of parcels (creation of new parcels)

Directorate for Cadastre, Geodesy and Property

Purpose: Registration of a new parcel and the change of the owner of the same, based on the physical division of the existing parcel.

Description: The applicant files the request for the physical division to the Directorate for Cadastre, Geodesy and Property. If the documentation is complete the request is reviewed by the legal officer and after the issuance of the consent for physical division the parcels are registered in the registry of the cadastral zone for which the application is for. The applicant is required to prepare the agreement on the physical division for the changing of the owner of property.

  • A copy of the plan with the proposal for physical separation (Original)
