Request for mortgage Registration

Directorate for Cadastre, Geodesy and Property

Purpose: The applicant is enabled to take a loan and overdraft.

Description: The applicant submits the application at the admission office for the Directorate for Cadastre, Geodesy and Property. The request is reviewed and the decision is rendered by the legal officer. The ruling specifies the loan amount, the repayment time limit, annual interest as well as priorities according to order.

Validity of procedure administrative: Until the moment of the erasure of the mortgage

  • Personal Number
  • General information (address, contact details, etc.)
  • Number of the final ruling
  • The amount of debt
  • Priority - priority notes if the property has been mortgaged more than once.

  • Bank notice on debt (if there were debts earlier) (Copy)
  • Certificate of Property (Original)
