Request for financial clearance certificate (against other people, banks or municipality)

Directorate for Health and Social Welfare

Purpose: Issuing citizens with the certificate on the fulfillment of all financial obligations towards the state and persons he is responsible according to the law.

Description: The applicant submits the request for the issuance of the certificate of no financial obligations specified by law against other persons (i.e. obligations against children, spouse) or other financial obligations (unpaid debts of municipal payments or bank loans). The request is recorded, the manager who confirms the request is appointed and if it is confirmed that the applicant had met its financial obligations the applied for certificate is issued.

  • Birth Extract (Copy)
