Request for property certificate

Directorate for Cadastre, Geodesy and Property

Purpose: Through this procedure the citizen obtains a certificate for the possession or not of the property.

Description: The applicant submits the application at the Directorate for Cadastre, Geodesy and Property. After paying the service fee and submitting the tax certificate the applicant receives the property certificate.

Validity of procedure administrative: 6 months

  • Name and surname of the applicant and the parent’s name
  • General information (telephone number, address)
  • Personal Number

  • Proof of payment of property tax (Original)
  • ID card (Copy)
