Purpose: The purpose of the procedure is to grant certificates of residence, as part of documentation for different applications.

Description: The applicant files a request to the Civil Status Office. The officer, based on the personal number, confirms whether the citizen is registered in the electronic system of civil registration and confirms the information, including residence. Applicant performs the payment and is issued with the residence certificate.
